If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Cancellation Period

If you have downloaded the manual within 14-days and you are not happy, then we can offer any other manual up to the same amount or offer a store credit to your account of the same value as your purchase. If you haven’t downloaded the manual, then we can offer you a full refund. Refunds will be credited to the Card, Bank Account, or Payoneer account that was used in the original transaction. Unfortunately, we are not able to post a credit to any alternative cards or accounts.

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods

Damaged, defective or incorrect goods can always happen. If this is the case, we will arrange for the goods to be collected at our expense. Simply email us or contact us here.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your payment source (PayPal account, Bank account, Credit Card).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
